A genuine musical savant is Skott Freedman. His voice is like barbeque sauce, a little spicy and lots of sweet. Skott, keep up the smiles that you're making with your words...

Skott, I live in Charleston, SC, and was at your final performance at the Village Tavern in Mt. Pleasant in 2003. I bought your "Anything worth Mentioning" CD and you signed it "To Scott with a C". I just wanted to say that I still listen to that CD religiously. You're music is an inspiration to my life. Hoping everything is going well for you in your life

Just tonight I thought back to September 2007, when Skott's firned and collaborator Mark Weigle (from Bi The People "Papa Was A Rodeo") was a guest of our family. I had taken Mark to stay at Stradbroke Island for a few days and on the drive home I played Skott's "Some Company" CD REALLY loud, and I kept thinking "this is some of the best performed and recorded music I've ever heard - and Skott's lyrics are heart felt brilliance." So tonight I thought - what if Skott has finally got around to putting out some more new music? I am very happy to know the album release is just a few weeks away - and I know it will be excellent. My love to you and yours Skott.

Hey Skott, I can't believe this! This is cool that I found you because we actually know each other.I'm so glad that your out there doing your thing, your work is amazing and I'm glad it's being heard. I hope life's been good. You may not recognize me because it's been a while and I've changed a lot but we had dinner a long while back in Provincetown. Best and Take Care.

Wow! Like the dawn of long-overdue springtime. So psyched that there is going to be more music to look forward to. Skott, you are one of the most talented artists I know of. Certainly on a very short list of my favorites. .... Your fans never left you for a minute. The fact that the simple mention of more music can stir so much excitement after such a long absence stands as testimony to your endearing charisma and creative brilliance.
